Can you provide customized wire mesh products?
Of course! We support: ✓ Custom specifications (mesh number, wire diameter, material, etc.) according to drawings/samples ✓ Special surface treatments (galvanizing, powder coating, PVC coating) ✓ OEM/ODM services (providing LOGO printing, personalized packaging, etc.)

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
The MOQ for regular products is 1 roll/100㎡. Customized products are negotiable, and small batch trial orders are supported.
What is the delivery cycle?
Regular products: 7-15 days; Custom products: 15-30 days (adjusted according to complexity)
What payment methods are supported?
T/T, L/C, PayPal, Western Union, etc. New customers are advised to prepay 30% deposit.
How to arrange freight?
We offer: EXW/FOB/CIF trade terms International logistics cooperation (DHL, FedEx, sea freight LCL/FCL) Assistance with customs clearance documents (packing list, invoice, certificate of origin, etc.)
How to handle quality issues?
Commitment: 1. Respond within 24 hours of receiving a complaint. 2. Offer free replenishment or refund after photographic/video evidence is provided. 3. For major quality issues, a technician can be dispatched to resolve the issue on-site.
